The Aluminum Collapsible Tube is made from aluminum slug or flake of purity 99.7%, which makes the packaging tube recyclable and environment-friendly.
It usually applied with white coating on the ground, which offers good basic for printing impression. The Bottom latex will improve the sealing which could protect the contents well.
The inner lacquer is phenolic epoxy, representing transparent, yellow, or beige. The well-proceeded inner coat can efficiently block acid, alkali, moisture, and solvent, eradicating risks of reaction between the ointment and the aluminum.
Products easily affected by oxygen and moisture will extend shelf life in these tubes. Inner wall spraying is essential for hair colorant products.
